This 3,600-square-foot 90s suburban builder-grade home underwent a complete renovation that transformed a once neglected property into a refreshed and beautifully updated space—without altering the original layout or structure. After sitting unmaintained for nearly a year, the home was thoughtfully revived from top to bottom. The project included a full redesign of the study, dining room, half bath, kitchen, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom, along with the addition of a functional and stylish butler’s pantry. Throughout the home, new flooring was installed on the main level, while the upstairs—featuring three bedrooms, a playroom, and two bathrooms—received plush new carpeting. The staircase was also modernized with an updated railing, creating a more open and refined look. Every detail of the renovation focused on elevating the original builder-grade finishes into a cohesive, timeless design that brings new life, beauty, and functionality to the home.
